Water is a precious commodity and drought is a problem we will increasingly have to deal with. So what can we do?
Taking shorter showers, turning off the tap while brushing our teeth and using less air conditioning are certainly noble actions. The way, however, to save the most is through our diet. And how? Simple, by consuming more plant foods and fewer animal derivatives.
Here is a simple example: to produce 100 grams of beef burgers you need about 1923 litres of water, and for a vegetable burger about 371 litres.
You may wonder why so much water is needed to produce meat.
To produce a beef burger requires 2.75 kg of feed from crops that require irrigation, and therefore water.
By consuming plant food, and thus going directly to the source, we can save up to 94% water. Much better, no?

The environment is thanking us and there are now superior quality products for face, body and shampoo available to customers.
At the bar and in the restaurant, plastic bottles have been completely replaced by returnable glass.
Ozone sanitisation
In order to guarantee the health of our customers and employees, this year we have decided to apply a special treatment in all incoming guest rooms, which will make the rooms hygienic without the use of chemicals through the use of Ozone Generating Machines.
Its effect is bactericidal, fungicidal and inactivating.
As soon as ozone comes into contact with organic matter, it triggers an oxidising reaction that kills all living micro-organisms and also attacks the molecules that make up odours, neutralising them.
